Description
We are dedicated to providing quality service to our exclusive clientele
and are looking for a High-Performing Customer Service Representative to
join our organization! The right individual will possess the ability to
blend technical expertise with customer service savvy to be deployed
across a variety of litigation support projects...
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick up and deliver client boxes.
- Ensure client instructions are complete and special instructions are
clear.
- Perform final quality check (ensure proper labeling of boxes for
delivery).
- Maintain delivery and pick up logs.
- Create and maintain delivery card.
- Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of vans.
- Establish rapport with client and Sales Team; promote teamwork among
various departments.
- Receive customer requests by telephone or by mail.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to driver for a long period of times; making frequent
stops.
- Good physical conditions, able to lift 50 lbs. safely.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and mature enough to handle equipment
safely and sensibly.
- Standing, walking, bending, and stretching are required regularly to
perform customer service tasks.
- Vision must be sufficient to drive safely and to inspect autos for
maintenance.
- Must possess excellent verbal, written and auditory skills to discuss
work-related matters.
